A former professional football player, Andre is certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and the International Sports Management Association. He is also a certified nutritionist. 

     Mr. Ashley played college football at the University of Oklahoma, where he received a bachelor’s degree in health management.  After graduating, he played with the Toronto Argonauts in the Canadian Football League and in the Arena Football League for the Albany Firebirds. 

     For more than 15 years, Andre has encouraged his clients to stay committed to fitness and still enjoys watching them reach their goals.
